Returns & Refunds

Because every pet replica is custom-made from your photos, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Before shipping, we will send you photos and a video of the finished piece for approval. Reasonable adjustments can be requested at this stage.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required before we begin creating your replica.

If you cancel before work has started, your payment can be refunded. Once production has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable because time and materials have already been committed to your order.

Orders cannot be canceled after final approval or shipment.

Order Changes

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your pet’s pose, size, style, or other details.

Changes requested after production begins is possible but may require an additional fee.
