Each custom felt pet portrait is handcrafted using traditional needle felting techniques. Because every piece is made by hand—not by 3D printing—we aim for a strong resemblance to your pet, but an exact 100% match is not possible.

Main Reference Photo: We create your portrait based primarily on one main photo. Please choose your favorite image carefully, as changing the angle or reference photo later may not be possible.

Wool vs. Real Fur: Wool felt has a different texture from real fur. While we carefully recreate your pet’s appearance, shiny coats and certain fur textures cannot be replicated exactly.

Color Matching: We use your photos as references for fur and eye colors, but slight color variations may occur due to wool materials, lighting, and differences between device screens.

Size Limitations: Smaller items, such as mini portraits or miniature pet figurines, will naturally contain fewer fine details than larger pieces.

Adjustments: We welcome feedback and will do our best to make reasonable adjustments, but all changes are subject to the limitations of handmade needle felting techniques and materials.
